6. Feedback, AI Model, and User-Generated Content
By providing ratings, reviews, or any form of feedback (including by scanning the labeled reeds), you agree to allow ReedFinder to use such input to enhance its AI model and improve services for all users. Your feedback data will be anonymized, and you grant ReedFinder a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display the content you submit. Personal identifiers will be removed, and data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. ReedFinder is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processes. Any damage or defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
8. Returns and Refunds
Under EU law, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
As clarinet reeds are hygiene-sensitive products, any reed whose original packaging (including factory seals) has been opened is excluded from return or refund unless it is defective on arrival. This policy is in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(e).

All reeds sold by ReedFinder are physically unplayed and inspected for quality assurance. However, to analyze and recommend reeds accurately, we open the original sealed packaging before resale.
By purchasing from ReedFinder, you acknowledge that: You are receiving an unused reed that has been opened only for analysis and labeling purposes. You waive your right to withdrawal and return after the packaging has been unsealed, in accordance with EU hygiene regulations. ReedFinder accepts no liability for allergic reactions or sensitivities caused by the purchased product.
