1. Delivery
All orders are shipped with Post Austria.
We offer free shipping:
For orders over €50 within Austria.
For orders over €79 within European Union countries.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Note: International shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Returns
Reeds are considered hygienic products and can only be returned if the seal on the product is intact and undamaged. Items returned within 14 days of the original delivery date, in their original condition with an undamaged seal, are eligible for a full refund or store credit.
Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment used at checkout. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
